  • Read the coaching material "Communication" 
  • Read the coaching material "Coaching Others"
  • Read the Coaching material "Leading Meetings" 
  • Watch  “The 7 Things Leaders Who Multiply Leaders Know” Modules 1-6 and review the questions in the Reflection Guide after each module.
  • Coaching/Training with Ministry Department heads and Executive Pastor, including:
    Staff core values - applying staff level values to leadership.
    Overview of current ministry systems/processes.
    Training/discussion of how other ministry systems/processes work.
    Invite to monthly All Staff meetings for leadership development.
  • Read and be prepared to discuss the book "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John Maxwell
  • Book Recommendation for personal growth: "Leading a Department" by Mac Lake.
