Classes will be for all with modifications throughout the class for different levels of practice. Yoga focuses our minds and our breathing to be in tune with our bodies, all while foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibly in the body. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we can work to extend our range of motion. No judgments, just practice make progress!
