Serve Team Opportunities
This team connects with guests by providing quality refreshments while interacting with each guest that approaches the cafe area. The ensure our stations are clean and stocked.
This team uses creativity to develop the perception of the church through photography, videography, graphic design, and other creative elements.
The team meets Sundays to make sure that our guests are welcomed by writing them a card, making phone calls, and entering data.
This team works behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in our facilities. Serving opportunities include preparing facilities for baptism, conferences, and special events.
This team loves people and makes them feel at home at Mountain West. They offer a sincere greeting and acknowledge each guest as they enter the building.
Starting Point Team
This team helps host Starting Point by serving guests and creating an environment of excellence.
This team provides helpful information, clear directions, and appropriate next steps for our guests.
Kids Ministry Team (K - 5th grade)
This team offers many opportunities in a variety of roles and is designed to inspire each child to be the light in the darkness. Kids engage through interactive worship, learn through creative and dynamic teaching, and grow in their relationships through small groups.
Kids Guest Services Team
This team is the frontline for ensuring that we create an experience that kids and families want to come back to. They ensure that every family is properly welcomed, loved, and known while facilitating the checking-in process for new and existing families.
Nursery Team ( 6 wks - 2.5 yrs)
This team's primary focus is to ensure that every family feels comfortable leaving the littlest ones with us during a worship service. In a safe, clean, and fun environment, every child will learn that God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my best friend forever.
Office Team (Administration)
This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in administrative areas like data entry, mailer preparation and more.
Pastoral Care Team
Along with other pastoral care activities the team cards, does hospital visits, and makes phones calls.
This team is a guest's first impression of Mountain West. They provide a safe, easy parking experience with a high-energy welcome and clear directions.
This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend services in prayer and prays for the weekly prayer requests.
Preschool Team (2.5 yrs - 5yrs)
Much like the nursery team, this team operates within a safe, clean, and fun environment and is responsible for leading little ones through age-appropriate curriculum, interactive worship, and Bible teaching.
This team uses innovative technology to deliver our worship in engaging ways through cameras, lighting, and audio engineering.
Small Group Leadership
This team hosts small groups, offering a place for people to find meaning community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.
Student Ministry Team
This team builds the next generation , one dynamic worship experience, relevant Small Group, impactful retreat and life-changing mission trip at a time!
This team prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming guests, assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering, and offer assistance to make engaging with the service both easy and distraction-free.
This dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of God through vocals, instruments, and other creative elements.
Worship Guide Team
This team prepares the tools that allow guests to fully participate in our Sunday services. They assemble and recycle connection card, message notes, and worship guides each week.
